Arctis Nova 5X Review Analysis
Wireless flexibility for gaming and phone audio
The headset pairs 2.4GHz gaming wireless with Bluetooth 5.3 and lets you switch modes with a button.
That makes it a natural fit when a gaming session needs to share time with calls or media, and call notifications can come through while you are playing.
Battery and charging routine
A 60-hour battery can reduce how often charging interrupts use, while USB-C fast charge adds six hours of use in 15 minutes. Those details make the headset appealing for frequent players who prefer to charge in shorter windows.
Controls for everyday adjustments
Power, volume, mute, ChatMix, and quick switching are all on the headset. Keeping those functions close at hand should help players who regularly adjust game and audio balance during a session.
Presets and microphone setup
The companion app provides 100+ game audio presets, and the retractable ClearCast microphone can be hidden when it is not needed.
Together, these features fit players who want per-game audio options and a microphone that can be moved out of the way between gaming sessions.
